NEWS - SUMMER 2025

It's True! - Yes, We Moved!

It’s hard to believe we’ve been in our new Prattville North location for almost a year! Earlier this year, we officially said goodbye to our downtown Prattville office—the place where we cared for families, grew our practice, and made countless memories for more than 20 years.

While it was bittersweet to leave a space so full of history and special moments, our move has allowed us to expand into a much larger location, offering more access, more availability, and more convenience for our PIP families.

688 Covered Bridge Parkway, Prattville, AL
Located in the Covered Bridge Subdivision, directly across from the new Chick-fil-A on Hwy 14.

Both our Montgomery and Prattville locations will continue to see all PIP patients, and our physicians remain fully available to meet your family’s needs.

We are grateful for your support during this transition and look forward to creating many more memories in our new home.

FORM FEE POLICY

We know that paperwork isn't the most fun part of your visit to our practice, but it's a crucial part of ensuring we can provide the best care for your little ones.

Why the fee?

• Completing forms takes 10–30+ minutes of staff and provider time
• It pulls focus from patient care and requires careful chart review
• It helps support clinic operations and keep care affordable
• Encourages families to plan ahead and request forms at visits

🎯 Plan ahead: Bring forms to your child’s annual check-up—especially during summer. That’s the best time to handle everything at once!

⚠️ Don’t wait until the last minute—school and camp deadlines often sneak up, and rush requests may delay your forms or incur extra fees.

New Secure Text Communication Options

We are excited to introduce two new ways to connect with our office—making it easier and more convenient for you to receive important information.

1. OhMD Secure Messaging

Through the OhMD secure communication system, we can now send and receive HIPAA-compliant text messages for:

• Appointment reminders
• Referral and imaging appointment details
• General office communication

This allows us to communicate quickly while keeping your information protected. No apps or downloads necessary. 

2. Vaytiv Text-to-Pay

Your monthly statement can now be sent directly to your phone via Vaytiv Text-to-Pay. You will receive a secure link to log in and make your payment safely and easily.

Flu Season is Almost Here – Time for Your Flu Shot! 

Flu season is just around the corner, and we’re getting ready to help protect your family. Our flu vaccine shipment will arrive in mid-September, and we’re excited to kick off our Weekend Flu Clinics starting Saturday, September 20.

Weekday Options

We will have limited weekday availability this fall for shot-only appointments. You can also request a flu shot during any regularly scheduled visit to our office.
